Videogame Repair Service Electronics Repair & Refurbishers warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

No Refunds are given to any console that leaves our shop in working order. If your system fails in time just ship it back for Repair. This is a Warranty service that we provide for your console. We cannot Guarantee that your console will last for any given amount of time. We will attempt to fix your console under warranty for free as long as our tamper seal is in place.

Repairs purchased from : Videogame Repair Service

Videogame Repair Service warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS/1 year from the date of original purchase or repair. If a defect exists, at its option Videogame Repair Service will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the price originally paid for the repair of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of Videogame Repair Service .

Videogame Repair Service Electronics Repair & Refurbishers is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.

All Consoles left here for more then 30 days becomes the property of VIDEOGAME REPAIR SERVICE..

All Consoles used for $49.99 trade in Credit  for one of our Refurbished Consoles becomes the property of Videogame Repair Service.  Refunds for Refurbished Consoles will not be given unless it arrives DOA. It must be shipped back and inspected. With the Purchase of the Refurbished console you receive a one year warranty . If you have any problems within that time period you can ship it back for repair. If it comes to the point where it keeps failing then we will refund the Purchase Price less S&H after you return the console. The original $49.99 is not refundable when buyer agrees to purchase a refurbished console in exchange for their broken one.

Shippping: We are not responsible for lost or damaged systems due to shipping. If you want to purchase insurance for return shipping please let us know. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping for warranty work.
