After you have made payment, package just your console only and either print a copy of your reciept or write the info. on paper and ship it along with your Xbox 360 .
Please include the name that was used to submit payment as this will help get your system back to you quicker!

We re-flow every XBOX 360 and Playstation 3 that comes through our shop for any Red Light(Red Ring of Death or RROD) issue. What does this mean? Well, we use a re-flow machine to heat up the solder joints under the chipsets and bring the solder back to it's melting point. This lets all connections under the GPU and CPU (Graphics and Central Processor) to make contact again. This is a long term repair meaning it should last for a year or better. Most of these so called repair guy's only remove the X-clamps. This type of repair is only a band-aid. Don't be fooled.
