If your Console goes back to RROD or YLOD just ship it back with your name and address in or on the box for up to one year. As long as our Tamper Seal is intact there is no charge under warranty service. There is no need to contact us first. We keep a record for up to One Year.  Customer is responsible for shipping console back to us for warranty repairs.
